Jim Pettigrew
FOUNDEROn January 2nd, 1978, Jim's real estate career began. Over the last 47 years, Jim has experienced many real estate markets and has had the opportunity to learn so much that has helped so many. It is a rewarding experience that his son Jason has joined him on this journey. Managing a team and continuing to improve upon Pettigrew Property's service has given Jim a new perspective and increased his enthusiasm for the profession. Retire? Forget it!
Jim has received awards and recognition as a RE/MAX broker, including: the RE/MAX Hall of Fame, Lifetime Achievement, and Circle of Legends awards. He has also lead the RE/MAX Pacific Region in sales multiple years in a row. He has worked with many clients who have become his life long friends and who have in turn, referred their friends and family for their real estate needs.
When he's not negotiating winning offers, Jim enjoys traveling with his wife Maria, tending to his garden, checking books off of his reading list and spending quality time with his family.

CO - FOUNDERJason grew up in the Greater Seattle Area where he observed Jim's early success as a Realtor. Before picking up the real estate mantle in 2016, he made ends meet as a live drummer for hire and a private drum set/percussion instructor. Jason recognized that he could combine his passions for instructing and entrepreneurship by guiding clients through the process of buying and selling homes.
He has made the most of his time as a Realtor and has a growing list of glowing reviews. The part Jason enjoys most about real estate is helping clients to make informed decisions regarding, potentially, the biggest investment of their life. Your needs are his priority and he looks forward to working with you on your next transaction!
In his free time, Jason enjoys hitting the dusty trail on his ATV, discovering the best spots to eat in the area, exercising, and following many sports.
