We do an initial walk through of the home with the you and then make recommendations for improvements and house preparation in order to maximize the value and make the home sell more quickly. Our objective is to get the you the highest possible return on investment.

We have a list of contractors and service providers who we can refer to you including general contractors, hardwood floor re-finishers, flooring companies, bathtub re-finishers, roofers, house cleaners, window cleaners, landscapers and minor repair specialists. We will help you create a plan and schedule for house preparation so that the process goes quickly and efficiently.

When appropriate, especially when a home is vacant, we provide complementary staging through Beacon Davenport Real Estate Staging Specialists. Beacon Davenport inspects the home and then designs an appropriate staging plan. Professional real estate staging design will create an environment that is light balanced, color balanced and current in home trend as well as scale and spatially proportionate. This process will trigger the buyer to stop, stay, and sign.

Once your home is completely ready, we will have a professional photographer take marketing photos, create a virtual tour and take drones photos when appropriate. We want to represent your show ready home at it's best in order to increase buyer traffic and successfully sell your home for the highest possible price.
